Martin County offers a number of walk-in emergency care centers. Coastal Pain Solutions, Health Care Services, Cleveland Martin Health MediCenters, MedStat Urgent Care Centers, Treasure Coast Urgent & Family Care Center and WellMed Medical Centers offer walk-in treatment of minor injuries and illnesses. An extensive community outreach program offers classes, lectures, and free screenings.

There are also a number of privately owned retirement communities, convalescent and nursing homes providing care for the elderly and serving as rehabilitation centers for all ages. In addition, there are privately owned drug and alcohol rehabilitation Alzheimer’s centers and other health care facilities, all a part of this growing community.

Tradition Hospital is a state-of-the-art, acute care hospital that recently doubled in size. With three new floors, it now features 177 private rooms, a dedicated pediatrics unit and a maternity and neonatal intensive care unit. Offices for primary care and medical specialty physicians are located at two office buildings on the hospital’s campus. HealthPark One and HealthPark Two also house a wound center with a multidisciplinary program for managing acute and chronic wounds, an outpatient surgery center and an outpatient pharmacy.

Martin Health’s relationship with Cleveland Clinic began with an affiliation agreement in January 2018, to share best practices in cardiology and heart surgery, optimize patient-centered care and improve quality, safety and outcomes. Located within Martin North Hospital in Stuart, the Frances Langford Heart Center offers a full spectrum of cardiac care including transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and diagnostic and interventional services such as angioplasty, coronary artery stenting and open heart surgery.
