Membership Opportunities

  • Newcomer/Visitor Information – The Chamber promotes its members to thousands of residents, tourists and visitors each year. The Welcome Guide and map are mailed free of charge to those looking to relocate or visit the Martin County area.
  • Welcome Guide & Business Directory – Enjoy recognition and exposure by being listed in our award-winning guide. Members are listed alphabetically and by business category in 15,000 copies. Advertising is available exclusively to Chamber members. Call 287-1088, ext. 104 for details and rates.
  • Membership Decal – Display it proudly so that all who enter your establishment will know that you are a quality business and that you have made an investment in our community to insure that Stuart and Martin County remains a great place to work, live and visit.
  • Monthly E-Newsletter – Every month we provide the Chamber’s newsletter to our membership on our website. 
  • Compass – Our newsletter is published in the Hometown News monthly, as well as the Chamber website.
  • Member News – Our on-line member information source. Submit your free press releases to be posted and shared with your fellow members.
  • Meeting Room – When in need of conference and seminar space, our conference room is available to our members at reasonable hourly rates. Contact the reception desk at the chamber office to schedule.
  • Website – The Chamber provides a comprehensive and user-friendly website, designed for Chamber members, visitors, new residents and businesses. Advertising is available for Chamber members only at a reasonable rate. For details call 287-1088,ext. 104.
  • E-blasts – The Chamber offers the opportunity to advertise through our e-blast program. Why not include a business flyer advertising an upcoming sale or event? Please call your account executive at 287-1088 for scheduling and fee information.
  • CareerConnect Martin –  This Chamber program offers unemployed and underemployed individuals paid positions with great local companies, professional coaching, on-the-job training and much more.

As a member of the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce, we keep you informed of new opportunities to promote your business as they become available.

Networking and Prospecting Opportunities

  • Business After Hours/Networking Breakfasts – Great opportunities every month to gather in informal settings for growing your business by making new contacts. Chamber members tend to do business with and promote fellow Chamber members. If they don’t know you they can’t promote your business.
  • Monthly Chamber Luncheon – Another wonderful opportunity to network with other Chamber members. This is also an opportunity to recognize outstanding people in our community. Reservations are required.
  • Business Expo – We provide the opportunity for businesses to present their latest innovations in technology to fellow chamber members and the public at our all day trade show in July.
  • Holiday Trade Show – We provide the opportunity for businesses to showcase their gift ideas for the upcoming holiday season to fellow Chamber members at our Business After Hours presented in November.

Service to New Members

  • Free Advertising – New members will receive free and reduced advertising with select Chamber members, including print, radio and business cards.
  • Free Referral System – The Chamber staff works fervently to refer your business daily.
  • Free Business Counseling – Our staff, with over 100 years of experience in Martin County stands ready to help your business get off to a good start.

  • Business Deductions – Chamber membership is considered to be a business expense by the Internal Revenue Service.
